. . . . then move on to a new corporation with a better title and paycheck.

.  .  . and then require the employees to form little groups where they can bond together and share the task of investigating best industry practices of cutting things so as to stretch them into position, and implementing a plan for achieving their goals.

On their own time and off site, of course.

Okay.  We’ve cut it off two times already and no matter what we do, it’s still too damn short.  We’ll just have to apply a bigger saw and hire an outside expert to train staff how to use it.
